Lack of lubricating oil or expired oil, lubricating oil should be added or replaced; The bearing adjustment is too tight and needs to be readjusted.

Insufficient lubricating oil, it is necessary to add lubricating oil according to the prescribed requirements; Gears, bearings, and other parts that are excessively worn or damaged require inspection, repair, or replacement. Improper adjustment, excessive gear mesh clearance, or improper bearing pre tightening require re adjustment. Inspection: The differential cross shaft is excessively loose and needs to be replaced.

4. The oil system cannot establish pressure

The oil circuit is not sealed in the high and low chambers, and there is severe internal leakage. It is necessary to inspect the pipeline to remove dirt and replace the seals. The outlet back pressure valve does not produce back pressure. Check, repair, and replace it; The oil pump is damaged and needs to be replaced.

5. High torque converter oil temperature

The guide wheel is stuck or does not rotate flexibly and needs to be inspected, repaired, and replaced. The working oil does not meet the requirements and needs to be replaced with new oil; If the oil level is too low or the system generates bubbles, increase the working oil to remove the bubbles: if the oil pipe cooler in the system is blocked, it is necessary to remove the dirt in the system; The bearings and gears are damaged and need to be replaced. If there is severe internal leakage, check and replace the seals.

6. Difficulty in resetting the gearbox gears

The friction plate is burning and needs to be replaced; The return spring is damaged and needs to be replaced; Blockage in the return oil circuit requires removal of foreign objects; The micro valve brake interlock valve does not return to its original position and the spring needs to be replaced.

7. The gearbox has loud noise

Gears or bearings need to be replaced due to wear, and the bearing preload is insufficient and needs to be readjusted

8. Transmission overheating

The oil level is too high or too low, and needs to be adjusted according to regulations; The friction plate is burning, replace the friction plate; The bearing gear is damaged and needs to be replaced.

9. The transmission brake valve is stuck and not functioning

Return spring failure, replace return spring.

10. The gearbox cannot shift gears

Insufficient gear shifting pressure, low pressure in the pressure regulating valve, adjust the pressure regulating valve to the specified value; The oil pump is not working properly and the seal is not good. Repair the oil pump and replace the seal; Pipeline blockage, clogged oil filter element, clean and remove dirt or replace filter element; The oil level is too low and the amount of oil is insufficient. It is necessary to add enough oil; The clutch sealing ring is damaged and leaking. Replace the sealing component; The control valve stem is not in place, adjust it to the correct position.
