What are some maintenance tips for forklift hydraulic system parts?(Ⅰ)

The entire forklift hydraulic system consists of several actuators. The multi-way steering valve in the equipment includes tilt hydraulic cylinder slide valve and lift hydraulic cylinder slide valve. The whole system can well control the action of each actuator, and can adjust the lifting action and speed when working, so that the driving device in the equipment can fulfill the task.

Due to the high precision of forklift hydraulic system parts, the forklift hydraulic system is not easy to produce faults under normal circumstances. Normally, the failure of the hydraulic system accessories is mostly caused by improper maintenance and repair. Therefore, in order to extend the service life of the hydraulic device, to ensure safe, stable and reliable work, must strictly do the following: 

1, to prevent the forklift hydraulic oil is contaminated; 

2, to prevent air from entering the hydraulic system; 

3, to prevent the oil temperature is too high; 

4, to strengthen the daily inspection and regular inspection; 

5, on time, according to the specified requirements and methods of replacement of hydraulic oil.

The following are the maintenance points for each accessory of the forklift hydraulic system: 

When doing maintenance of the forklift hydraulic system accessories, first of all, you must remove the dirt on the surface of the workplace and each accessory. 

When disassembling, do not knock, beware of damage to the threads and forklift seals. 

Secondly, the forklift hydraulic parts should be disassembled in accordance with the order of decomposition, and marked, placed on the forklift parts rack or workbench.

Removed small parts, small springs, should be put into a plastic bag to prevent loss.

1. Disassembly of forklift gear pump:

(1) remove the oil pipe connector, unscrew the fixing bolt of the oil pump, and remove the gear pump from the oil pump drive unit;

(2) take off the key, remove the fixing bolt of the end cover, take down the end cover and the active shaft and bearing;

(3) remove the bolts, take down the front pump cover, oval seal, front gasket, front side plate, bow seal, long shaft and gear, short shaft and gear, needle bearing and locating pin;

(4) Take down the pump body, oval seal, rear gasket, rear side plate and bow seal.

2. Assembly and test of forklift gear pump:

(1) before assembly, all spare parts for maintenance, carefully cleaned, there shall be no chips, abrasive particles, cotton yarn and other dirt caught in it. In each spare part with the surface coated with hydraulic oil; 2), forklift rolling pin mounted in the bearing housing ring should be filled, there shall be no missing. Between the needle roller, the difference in diameter should not exceed 0.003mm, and the difference in length should not exceed 0.001mm;

(3) the side of the side plate with two small round holes should be placed on the side of the oil discharge chamber. The side with unloading groove or wear-resistant alloy should be towards the gear end;

(4) The bow seals on the front pump cover and the rear pump cover should be installed on the side of the oil discharge chamber;

(5) After the bearing is mounted in the seat hole, its end face should be flush with the end face of the pump cover or 0.13mm below the end face of the pump cover;

(6) When fixing the connecting bolts of pump cover and pump body, they should be tightened to the specified torque in diagonal order gradually and evenly. In the process of tightening the bolts, rotate the pump shaft at any time, there should be no blocking phenomenon, otherwise it should be reassembled;

(7) After assembly, rotate the pump shaft by hand, it should rotate flexibly without blocking phenomenon and without obvious friction sound. In addition, push and pull and shake the pump shaft by hand, there should be no axial and radial clearance
